Marie-Louise brings a dual background in Hospitality Management and Interior Design to her leadership role at Tectus Development. She started her professional career in New York City and has since worked on commercial concept development and design with several major hospitality and retail clients. Prior to Tectus Development, she owned O&Co, a boutique hospitality design and concept development agency working on projects in Europe and the U.S. Marie-Louise has significant experience in the experiential aspects of real estate and enjoys bringing that lens to all her projects. In her approach, design is the art and science of understanding people’s behavior to create efficient and beautiful spaces within a building.

Dawwas started his career at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, moving through various departments and eventually holding the position of Director of Diplomatic and Entertainment Services. He was awarded the Circle of Excellence for Sales Achievement and the Waldorf Astorian Award for Distinguished Service. Over the last decade, Dawwas has expanded his experience to include leadership roles in the world of Non-Governmental Organizations and Think Tanks. With over 20 years of industry experience and an extensive network of leaders and game changers, both nationally and internationally, Dawwas is building winning strategies for Tectus Development.
