This 8-story building will yield approximately 22,100 gross square feet, split into 28 residential units. The structure will feature a 40-foot-long rear yard. Massing is set back above the sixth floor to create a large terrace for premium units. The facade will primarily comprise tan brick and large rectangular windows. The building also includes a communal terrace at the roof level. A multi-family, ground-up construction in partnership with Haussmann Development. Final Designs by NDKazalas Architecture PC.

Located in the heart of Harlem on 136th Street, this development is one block away from Harlem Hospital, one of the largest public institutions and employers in the area. The site is also one block away from the 2 and 3 subway express trains and two blocks away from the A, C, and B subway lines.

This 8-story building will yield approximately 22,200 gross square feet, split into 26 residential units. The top two floors create an interesting architectural feature for the building, cantilevering over the neighboring property. A development in collaboration with Haussmann Development and Coltown Properties. NDKazalas Architecture PC produced the final design.
